THE WORKSHOP

What to Expect

Content creation doesn’t require a following, it requires a point of view. You don’t need a following to learn how to create content, pursue your creative ideas and explore opportunities in your local community. Brands need visibility and creatives need opportunities. This workshop is meant to meet you where you are, show you the potential and provide the key steps to get there.

What we will cover
❋ we go together

Getting you in the room with other aspiring and established creators fuels the community and synergy needed to pursue your creative ideas. We will go farther if we do this together.

❋ creative identity

Establishing your unique POV is rooted in your identity. Understanding who you are, your interests and your gifts will carve out the niche. Not the other way around.

❋ content 101

There are key fundamentals for each platform that everyone should know. The algorithm, what matters vs. what doesn’t and how to get started.

❋ the cohort

The next step: content cohorts are small group style creator intensives that include 4-5 creators based on interests/niche (lifestyle, fitness, food & bev, travel ect.). Working alongside other creators on real brand opportunities will allow you to gain knowledge, gain confidence, have mentorship and learn by doing.

How It Works

workshop→ cohort→ influence

We (have creative agency, referred to as HAC) want to educate and empower aspiring and established creators to build their local community. We want to help people lean into their creativity and have the tools required to make great content, while also giving our local brands a way to increase visibility. We believe content is a powerful tool to tell great stories, but also build our local economy. This isn’t ‘how to sell on tiktok shop’ and this isn’t only how to ‘be an influencer’ (but it will likely end there;)).

Content Cohorts - the idea is that we can move faster, together. Getting 4-5 creators with the same interests/niche will allow us to gain real experience through working with local brands within the niche. Each cohort will kick off with a two day intensive - two focused, two-hour sessions where your group gets briefed on a real brand project, aligns on direction, and starts creating.

After the intensive, you take the lead — executing on brand content with the skills, feedback, and direction from your sessions. From there, the group reconnects through regular check-ins to review work, push each other forward, and keep the momentum going.

The result? Real experience. Real output. And a network of creatives who've actually built something together.

What about after? After the cohort, you’ll be primed and prepped on how to make great content for brands, pitch your collaboration to local businesses and also have great content for your own socials. You’ll have exclusive access to opportunities in your niche as well as resources and tools that can help you establish paid opportunities.
