As a founder and someone is brand obsessed — it’s the creative and artist in me — I’ve spent over a decade in marketing, brand and business only to continue to prove that brands need their autonomy to scale. Brands need to own their content, their ideas, their systems and their revenue.

I help brands and founders create scalable systems to support brand growth. I teach, I help implement and create frameworks that make sense. I am all about brand - how operations, sales and growth work together to build loyalty and create a community. Revenue becomes a bi-product of all these things working together.

If there is one thing to know - I actually despise how ‘marketing’ has created a false sense of ownership and has forced owners to constantly feel like they are behind, don’t know enough or have to hire and agency to get ahead. Brand means that you are building a world that can sustain growth over time. Awareness is most valuable when you have the systems to support it.

THE Story

have creative agency is a consulting and coaching business for founders who want to keep their autonomy and create space in their lives to build the brand(s) they have always hoped for.

After a decade managing million-dollar marketing budgets in corporate and building companies of my own, I kept watching the same thing happen. Founders with real businesses — good products, paying clients, genuine potential — handing their brand, their content, and their growth strategy to agencies or ‘marketing girl’ or social media management. Branding that they didn’t know what to do with, a content calendar that didn’t drive sales, and a retainer they couldn't crawl out from under.

The agency model is broken. Not because the people inside it aren't talented — but because the model doesn’t support it. The agency stays billable by keeping you dependent. You never own the system. You never own the content. You never own the strategy. The moment you stop paying, it all goes with them.

creative agency is for the gritty founders who have built everything from the ground up and want to understand it before they delegate it.
